Recordings and Content Usage
Certain membership levels include access to recorded training sessions, including Office Hours and other live educational events. These recordings are provided exclusively to active members as educational resources.
By participating in live sessions (via video, audio, or chat), you consent to being included in recordings that will be made available to current members through our private member portal and podcast feeds.
All recordings remain the intellectual property of The Agility Challenge and are for personal educational use only. Members may not share, distribute, reproduce, or republish any recordings outside the membership platform.

Member Success Stories and Testimonials
We may feature member achievements, testimonials, or training successes in marketing materials, social media, or on our website. If you prefer not to be featured publicly, please notify us in writing.
By sharing your successes in member areas or consenting to testimonials, you grant The Agility Challenge permission to use your name, dog's name, and relevant competition results in promotional materials.
Member Content Restrictions
All content provided through The Agility Challenge – including but not limited to videos, handouts, worksheets, recorded sessions, and written materials – is for personal educational use only.
Members may not:
- Share login credentials with non-members
- Download and redistribute content
- Use content for commercial purposes or to teach others
- Post content to public platforms including social media, YouTube, or public forums
- Create derivative works or compilations from member content
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Agility Challenge.
The Agility Challenge has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Agility Challenge shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Community Standards and Conduct
The Agility Challenge maintains a professional learning environment. Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks against other members, instructors, or staff
- Recording, screenshotting, or sharing private member content on public platforms or social media
- Misrepresenting or distorting content from sessions or materials
- Disrupting sessions or creating a hostile learning environment
- Using membership access to gather information for public criticism or attacks
We reserve the right to immediately terminate membership without refund for violations of community standards.
Results and Training Outcomes
The Agility Challenge provides educational content and training guidance. Individual results vary based on numerous factors including handler skill, dog temperament, training consistency, and competition conditions.
We make no guarantees regarding competition results, qualification for teams, trial performance, or specific training outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, your dog, and factors beyond our control.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Dog agility and dog training, as well as canine and human fitness activities, are activities that pose potential risk of injury for dog and human alike. By registering and using the Service, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of your participation in The Agility Challenge. You also agree to hold harmless Daisy Peel, Daisy Creative LLC, and any contributors contributing content to The Agility Challenge for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of your participation.
Training dogs involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for:
- Implementing training methods safely and appropriately for your individual dog
- Your dog's welfare and physical condition
- Injuries to yourself, your dog, or others occurring during training
- Decisions about which training methods to use
The Agility Challenge and its instructors are not liable for:
- Disagreements with training methodologies or approaches
- Decisions made by competition organizations, kennel clubs, or teams regarding your eligibility or standing
- Third-party reactions to or criticism of your training choices or methods
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
